Return Policy

We accept returns in 30 days from receiving the product. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee is also required by the buyer due to the nature of the product. The customer will have to pay any shipping fees to and from Avon Safes. We will only refund the full amount for a safe price.

Return policies may vary by dealer. If you have questions regarding returns and you purchased your safe from a local dealer, please contact your local Avon Safes dealer.

Typically, we regard all sales as final, but there are situations where we're open to considering special cases. If we do agree to accept a return:

The safe must be in its original condition, with all its parts and documentation intact.

The safe shouldn't have been used or damaged.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

We won't refund the original shipping fee.

If the safe gets damaged during the return journey, we'll charge that value to the customer and then complete the refund.

A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
